Loraas – 2021 collection calendar
2020 Transfer Station Hours of Operation:
The landfill will be open on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on the following dates:
May 9 | May 23 | |

Access to the transfer station between November 1 to April 30 is by appointment only.
Schedule Of Fees:
Please have payment with you and give the total amount prior to dumping. The gate attendant will collect your fees and direct you to the appropriate areas. Refusal to pay the attendant in advance may result in the loss of landfill access and privileges.
- Appliances – $15.00/each item
- 1/2 ton & 3/4 ton trucks/utility trailers (8ft box & under) – $20.00/load
- Trailers/End dump trailers (over 8 ft box) – $50.00/load
- Trucks over 1 ton – $100.00/load
- Rental of the village wagon is $50 per day in addition to the $50 load fee.
Appliances are to be placed in the scrap metal area.
Only clean wood, trees, and branches may be placed in the burning pit. The wood or lumber must have all hardware and nails removed. If the wood has been painted, stained, treated or preserved in any way they are to be put into the Loraas bin.
Please note: Leaves, grass clippings, and garden refuse must be bagged and placed into the Loraas bin.
MATTRESSES and WIRE will NOT be accepted due to the City of Regina Landfill charging a $250.00 burial/disposal fee for those items.
Asphalt shingles or drywall/construction materials are no longer being accepted. Please obtain your own disposal bin if you are undertaking a major renovation or construction project.
